WHERE: Toledo, Ohio at St Clement Catholic Church 3030 Tremainsville Road
START TIME:
WHY: Come out and have fun playing some Corn Hole. Lunch, dinner and late pizza snack will be provided on Saturday with breakfast and lunch on Sunday. After the tournament we will be going to 5th3rd Field home of the World Famous Toledo Mudhens for the game! There will be some extra time in between activities for other things such as a movie or other sports. Sunday there will be attending church service at the Historic Rosary Cathedral in Toledo’s Old West End.
COST: Circles have been able to reduce the costs through fundraisers and donations to just $10 per participant Squire or Counselor. The Counselors will compete too if space allows.
Each Circle in attendance is expected to bring at least one counselor.
An investiture will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 4:00pm if investees are present.
ALL SQUIRES ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT COUNSELORS, CIRCLE OFFICERS AND THOSE PLANNING TO BE A CANDIDATE FOR STATE CIRCLE OFFICE OR LOCAL CIRCLE OFFICE BE IN ATTENDANCE.
INFORMATION: You will need to bring the following items: A sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, etc. Dress casual, with one dress-up outfit (NO JEANS) for Sunday Mass. Money for snacks, SIGNED PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT FORM. Do not bring radios, homework, or anything that will be a distraction!! These will be taken away!
